New Affiliates information to get Paid

A couple follow-up questions so that we can better assist you:

1. All new affiliates must provide a W-9 (U.S. affiliates) or W-8BEN (International affiliates) for us to have on file before we can make payment. **Very important: Please make sure that you sign your W-9 or W-8BEN before submitting it.

2. Do we have your payment method on file? - Paypal is preferred. Please provide us your best PayPal email address if you have not already done so.
